WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
As each earring is lovingly handmade just for you, allow up to one week for us to prepare your order as earrings can be in various stages of production at the time of your order. If it will take longer than one week for us to prepare your order we will contact you.
We ship with Canada Post. Their standard shipping times are:
2 business days within HRM
3 within province
CAN I PICK MY EARRINGS UP IN PERSON?
Our earrings are available for in-person shopping at our retail locations. Otherwise we offer shipping.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
Canada and United States. We can ship elsewhere by special request. Please contact us.
MAY I REQUEST A CUSTOM DESIGN?
I will consider all custom design requests. Please contact us to discuss your vision, and if I share your vision and time allows I will be happy to help create your custom design!
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY EARRINGS?
For best results, do not wear them in water, store out of direct sunlight, and take them out for sleeping.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY EARRING BREAKS?
If your earring breaks within the first 30 days of your order, please contact us and we will happily send you a new pair. For self repairs use LePage Super Glue ULTRA GEL and let cure for 24 hours before using.
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products.
