Polymer clay and high quality, nickel-free metals including iron, gold plated stainless steel, gold plated brass, vermeil gold and 925 sterling silver. Each earring or necklace will state the specific metal used in the description section of the earring itself.
Please allow up to one week to prepare your order for shipping.
Orders are shipped via Canada Post. There is a $4 flat rate charge for Canadian orders, and $10 flat rate for US orders.
Orders under $150 are not tracked. Orders over $150 will receive a tracking number.
Please allow up to 20 business days for delivery in Canada, and 30 business days for delivery in the US, from the date of shipping on non-tracked orders. If an order does not arrive within these parameters, contact me for a replacement. Typically, orders in Canada are delivered within 3-4 business days within the Maritimes, 7 days to Central regions, 14 days to Western regions and 14+ days to Northern regions. However, on occasion items may take longer for reasons unknown.
If an order is delivered to the wrong address because of a customer error, no replacement order will be issued.
If an order is returned-to-sender because of customer error, the customer will have the option to pay the shipping again to have the order resent to the correct address.
We offer shipping only for online orders.
At this time, we do not have the capacity to accommodate pre-orders. Please join our mailing list to be sure you never miss a launch ;)

I suggest: keep out of water, remove for sleep, and refrain from putting undue stress on posts, chains or small parts.
For self-repairs, I recommend Lepage Ultra Gel glue which can be found at local hardware stores. Once glued, firmly hold post in place for 15 seconds, then leave untouched for 24 hours.
If your earring breaks within the first 30 days of purchase, please contact me for a replacement.
With normal wear and proper care, earrings should last for many years to come. I recommend not wearing in water, taking out to sleep and storing safely. Do not subject to undue force, as over time this will weaken the bond.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on items.
