Shipping policy

Please allow up to one week to prepare your order prior to shipping. 

Orders are shipped via Canada Post.

$3.00 flat rate shipping in Canada and $8 flat rate to the US. Note: Shipping rates may change without notice, and will be reflected at the checkout.

Orders under $150 will not be tracked. Order over $150 will receive a tracking number. 

Non-tracked orders placed within Canada: please allow up to 20 business days for delivery from the date of shipping. If your order does not arrive within 20 business days contact us for replacement.

Non-tracked orders placed in the US: allow up to 30 business days for delivery from the date of shipping. If your order does not arrive within 30 business days, contact us for replacement.

Undelivered mail due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund. 

Returned-to-sender mail due to incorrect address or undeliverability because of customer error are eligible to have the order resent for the cost of shipping OR they may choose to have a refund for the product, LESS the cost of the original shipping cost.
